HireNow - Applicant Campaign Withdrawal​

We have introduced the ability to Applicants to now withdraw from the Hiring process at any time. This was an important feature to introduce as there are a variety of reasons an applicant may need to withdraw from a process, and this feature allows them to complete that process without interaction with anyone else.

Since applicants are required to select a reason when withdrawing from a campaign, this will also provide more value to HireNow reports as the reasons for an application not being completed will now be more accurate.

HireNow - Archiving Projects​

We have now allowed the ability for Projects to be archived. We noticed that in some cases the Project lists when creating campaigns was very long, and a lot of the projects had since completed their original purpose.

Archiving Projects means only relevant projects can be selected during campaign creation. We also allow for Projects to be un-archived, allowing for Projects which have been given new life to just as easily be added back the list.

LearnNow - Current Course UI/UX Update​

Continuing our tradition of improving areas which we receive feedback from, we have updated the Current Course view completely. We have updated many small visual details to make navigating and completing the materials a more intuitive process, as well as hidden information that was not relevant on the course page.

User Management - Assign & Add Users Update​

When we made the big overhaul to User Management, we discovered some flaws in the way some processes worked. Once of these was the Ability to Assign & Add users to a company.

Now, as a Company Admin, when you go to Assign Users to the company, the only users on the list are users who have completed an application fully and have been approved for hiring. This not only reduces the load on the system, but also helps the company admin to ensure they are selecting the right accounts to join the company.

We also made a performance update to the Assign & Add Users list so that it only loads a small number of users at a time instead of a full list, again reducing the load on the system and making sure that a lot of irrelevant data is not being requested.

Bugs, Defects & Other Changes :​

Report a Bug and Support Request​

The Report a Bug feature was encountering some issues with display for a while, due to the changes we made to permissions. We have now updated the permissions of users so that everyone now can see and submit a bug report using the icon in every portal.

LearnNow - Issues with Course Completion when two or more copies of a course exists​

In a learning queue, there can be multiple records of the same course to differentiate between any different assigned Learning Paths, but the courses were meant to inherit the status of the oldest one.

We have resolved several issues around this scenario, including fixing the course status not updating correctly and any materials hanging when clicking the Mark as Complete button.

LearnNow - Pass Mark errors​

We received several support requests about Assessments on Courses showing the Fail icon when the correct Pass mark had been achieved. This was due to a rounding error, and we have now resolved this so that the icon will always display when the correct amount of marks have been achieved.

LearnNow - Renamed Burger Menu options​

We have switched around the Course Overview and Course Preview buttons, so now the Course Overview button opens the Course Contents pop-up and the Course Preview button opens the Course Preview page for the selected course.

LearnNow - Course Preview​

Fixed an issue which caused the Course Preview page would not work on the first visit, and would require a refresh. The Course Preview view will now work as expected.

DevelopNow - Self-assign Bulk Learning​

Resolved an issue that caused the Bulk Assign Learning to return an error if you tried to assign learning to yourself in the list of users. We have updated the behaviour so that users can include themselves in the list without any errors.

DevelopNow/LearnNow - Fixed updating a Record of Personal Experience​

Resolved an issue which prevented users from updating a Record of Personal Experience.

HireNow - Archived Recruitment Forms and Workflow templates​

We discovered an issue when a workflow template was using a form that had since been archived which prevented the workflow from being created, and also created duplicate copies of the selected form.

Workflow templates will now correctly use the Archived form templates.
